Dt. Priyanka Mittal
Founder – Indyte Nutrition
M.Sc., M.Phil (Food & Nutrition)
Reversing PCOS | Fat Loss | Gut Healing | Personalized Diets
There was a time when Dietitian Priyanka nearly gave up on her career.
Armed with an M.Sc. and M.Phil in Nutrition, she began her journey in Delhi, working with prestigious hospitals like Sir Ganga Ram, Indraprastha Apollo, and Max. Passionate and hopeful, she believed she was building a strong future in clinical nutrition.
But when she moved to Chandigarh in 2015, things changed.
She accepted a low-paying job at a hospital, hoping to grow. But more than the salary, it was the lack of respect for her profession that left a lasting impact. One day, feeling unwell, she tried to take the lift to the 4th floor. A guard stopped her and said: “Dietitians aren’t allowed to use the lift.”
That moment broke her — emotionally and physically. She left the hospital shortly after and wasn’t even paid her salary.
Still determined, she took up a role at a diagnostic lab, offering complimentary consultations to patients. The pay was minimal, motivation was low, and self-doubt crept in.
But gradually, something changed. Patients started returning.
They said, “Your diet worked.” “You listened.” “You should start your own clinic.”
That feedback reignited her confidence.
With no branding, no staff, and no fancy setup, she bought a chair and table and began her practice in her flat — calling it Priyanka’s Diet Clinic. Word of mouth grew. Patients saw results. Referrals followed.
In 2023, she rebranded as Indyte Nutrition & Lifestyle Clinic, a name that blends Individual + Diet + Lifestyle — a reflection of the clinic’s core philosophy.
Today, she leads a 15-member team comprising certified nutritionists, content creators, and operational staff. Indyte has helped over 15,000 clients manage conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, thyroid issues, obesity, and digestive concerns. Over 90% of clients report positive transformation and satisfaction with the programs.
Priyanka’s journey is a testament to grit, growth, and self-belief.
Her story reminds us that success doesn’t come overnight. Sometimes, it starts with just one chair and one table — and a belief that nutrition can change lives.

How Indyte Started
From “Not Allowed in the Lift” to Leading a 15-Member Health Team – My Journey as a Dietitian
There was a time when I almost quit…
I earned my M.Sc. and M.Phil in Nutrition, full of passion to heal people through food. I began my career in Delhi at reputed hospitals like Sir Ganga Ram, Indraprastha Apollo, and Max, where I believed I had a strong future.
But in 2015, I moved to Chandigarh — and life took a different turn.
I joined a hospital at a very low salary, thinking I’d grow from there. But what hurt more than money was the lack of respect for dietitians.
One day, I was unwell and needed to go to the 4th floor. I stepped into the lift, but the guard stopped me, saying:
“Dietitians aren’t allowed to use the lift.”
Our Story
How Indyte Began
Indyte started with something very simple — one chair, one table, and a strong belief in personalized nutrition.
Founded by Dietitian Priyanka, a clinical nutritionist working actively since 2012, Indyte is built on strong clinical foundations and real-world health outcomes.
Her clinical training includes a 6-month intensive internship at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), where nutrition is practiced as a core medical discipline.
She has worked with leading institutions including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, and Max Hospital, and served as a Diabetes Educator under Dr. Ashok Kumar Jhingan at Delhi Diabetes Research Centre.
Despite her qualifications and experience, a moment of professional dismissal became a defining turning point. It revealed the limitations of one-size-fits-all diet charts and reinforced a clear belief:
Health cannot be standardized.
What began as Priyanka’s Diet Clinic soon earned trust through word-of-mouth success stories. In 2023, it evolved into Indyte – a name that stands for:
Individual + Diet + Lifestyle
Today, Indyte is powered by a 15+ member expert team, helping individuals across the globe transform their health with clarity, consistency, and clinically structured care.
