Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all programs, consultations, subscriptions, and services offered by Indyte, operated by PRAVI INDYTE HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED, India.

1. Important Notice

Indyte provides customized, digital, and personalized nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and governed by the terms outlined below. This policy should be read together with Indyte's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Indyte's services involve:

  • Personalised program design
  • Allocation of professional time and expertise
  • Creation of digital content specific to each individual
Accordingly, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been initiated, except where required under applicable Indian law.

No-Refund Policy (After Service Initiation)

Once a service is initiated, no refunds (partial or full) shall be provided, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Lack of adherence or consistency
  • Personal, medical, or lifestyle constraints
  • Non-usage or partial usage of services

This applies to:

  • One-time programs
  • Packages
  • Subscriptions (current or past billing cycles)

What Constitutes "Service Initiation"

A service shall be considered initiated once any one of the following occurs:

  • Completion of onboarding or intake forms
  • Scheduling or delivery of the first consultation
  • Commencement of plan creation or analysis
  • Granting access to personalised program materials, dashboards, or content
Once initiated, professional resources are deemed to have been allocated and refunds will not be applicable.

Limited Exception (Before Service Initiation)

If a payment has been made but no service initiation has occurred, and the delay is solely attributable to Indyte, a refund may be considered at Indyte's discretion.

  • Such requests must be raised in writing within a reasonable time
  • Processing fees or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted
  • This exception does not create a general right to refunds

Subscription Cancellation

Subscription cancellation will stop future billing only. No refunds will be provided for:

  • The current billing period
  • Any previous billing cycles
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions in a timely manner to avoid future charges.

Missed or Unused Consultations

Missed, skipped, or unused consultations do not qualify for refunds. Rescheduling may be permitted at Indyte's discretion, subject to:

  • Prior notice
  • Availability of professionals
  • Program-specific terms
Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of sessions.

No Guarantee of Results

Indyte does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Results vary based on individual health, consistency, lifestyle, and compliance
  • Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences only
  • Lack of results does not constitute grounds for a refund

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
  • Indyte does not store card, UPI, or banking information
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Data & Communication Alignment

Any personal or health information shared in connection with refund or cancellation requests is handled in accordance with Indyte's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By making a payment on Indyte's website or platforms, you confirm that you have:

  • Read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Agreed to its terms
  • Accepted that refunds are limited due to the personalised nature of the services

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
