TShikha, a 26-year-old female, presented with a clinically diagnosed history of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), characterised by long-standing menstrual irregularity, weight gain, persistent fatigue, and reduced overall vitality.

This case study documents the nutritional and lifestyle-based management of a female client, Tejveer, presenting with severe anxiety, autoimmune thyroid disorder (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), menstrual irregularities, and systemic inflammation.

Despite being on regular thyroid medication, Mr. Rajesh Maan, 42, with hypothyroidism, dyslipidemia, and severe gut dysfunction, experienced ongoing bloating, impaired digestion, fatigue, and uncontrolled cholesterol, highlighting the absence of structured dietary and lifestyle management.

This case study presents the nutritional management of a 47-year-old female client, Tammana sharma , diagnosed with autoimmune Lupus with thyroid involvement, accompanied by severe hair fall, gut sensitivity, and multiple food allergies. The client reported persistent fatigue, progressive hair thinning, digestive discomfort, food-triggered flare-ups, and heightened inflammatory responses despite medical management.

A phased, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan was implemented-initially focusing on metabolic improvement and weight management during the PCOD phase, followed by menopause-supportive nutrition to promote hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, bone support, and mental well-being.
