A personalised plan designed by Dietitian Priyanka Mittal, AIIMS and Apollo-trained, with clinical diabetes and insulin resistance experience.
Built around your HbA1c, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR, not a printed diet chart that ignores your reports and your favourite foods.
She is an AIIMS & Apollo-trained clinical dietitian with 14+ years of experience helping clients manage complex diabetes and metabolic conditions through personalised, food-first nutrition.
You're following "the rules", yet your fasting or post-meal readings still spike or dip without warning, leaving you unsure what's actually working.
A printed sheet that says "avoid rice, avoid sugar" doesn't account for your culture, your family meals, or your body's actual response to different foods.
The quiet worry about eyes, kidneys, nerves, and heart health builds in the background, even when day-to-day symptoms feel manageable.
Tick what applies to you. This isn't a diagnosis, just a quick way to see if a personalised approach could help.

Most diet charts chase the sugar reading. That is why the reading keeps coming back. Here is what is actually happening.
Muscle and fat cells stop responding well to insulin, so glucose struggles to get in. Your pancreas compensates by releasing more insulin, so your HbA1c and fasting sugar can still look normal at this stage.
To hold glucose steady, insulin output keeps climbing. Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR usually start rising years before glucose does, which is exactly why a sugar-only test misses this stage.
Insulin production can no longer keep pace with the resistance, so fasting and post-meal sugar finally start climbing. This is usually the first point a routine blood test flags anything.
The three markers we read together. Share your latest report and our team will tell you where you actually stand, free of charge.
| Category | HbA1c | Fasting sugar | HOMA-IR |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | Below 5.7% | Below 100 mg/dL | Below 1.0 |
| Early insulin resistance | Often still normal | Often still normal | 1.9 and above |
| Prediabetes | 5.7% to 6.4% | 100 to 125 mg/dL | Usually 2.0 to 2.9 |
| Diabetes | 6.5% and above | 126 mg/dL and above | 2.9 and above |
Read the middle row carefully. Insulin resistance shows up on HOMA-IR while HbA1c and fasting sugar still read normal, which is why it is so often missed. HOMA-IR is calculated from your fasting insulin and fasting glucose together.
General clinical reference ranges, and HOMA-IR cut-offs vary between laboratories. Always interpret your own report with your doctor or our dietitian team.

Real numbers from real Indyte clients, each one quoted from a public Google review.
These are individual results, not a promise. What your reports do depends on your starting health, your treatment, how closely you follow the plan, and your lifestyle. Indyte's plans support, and never replace, your doctor's prescribed treatment.
Indian food. Personalised plans. Hormones balanced.
A government teacher managing fatty liver (Grade 2), thyroid imbalance, acidity and high stress alongside diabetes. Balanced macros, herbal support and yoga brought her fasting sugar back into a normal range.
He was waking four to five times a night to urinate. His wife wrote that his sugar is now fully controlled, he sleeps well, and his doctor has reduced his medication.
She came to us with several overlapping concerns at once: prediabetes, autoimmune thyroid inflammation (Hashimoto's), chronic gut dysfunction, elevated cholesterol and persistent inflammation. An integrative plan addressed all of them together.
Real results from real clients — verified Google reviews.
"I had a really good experience with my dietician. When I started, my HbA1c was 8.4, and with their guidance, I was able to bring it down to 5.9, which honestly means a lot to me. What I really liked the most was how practical and easy the plan was to follow. It didn't feel restrictive or unrealistic. They really listened, understood my routine, and made changes that actually fit into my life."
"I was diagnosed with post-covid autoimmune hypothyroidism called Hashimoto's disease, carrying it undiagnosed for 2 years. After 3 months with team Indyte, my lab reports showed significant improvement, triglycerides, HDL and my liver profile all returned to healthy levels, on top of my Levothyroxine."
"I am very happy with the results after following the diet. My HbA1c has come down from 6.9 to 6.1, my hemoglobin has improved from 8.0 to 12.2, and my fasting sugar has reduced from 120 to 130 down to 107. The diet has really made a big difference in my health. I feel more energetic, my weakness has reduced, and I can manage my routine much better now."

Roti and rice stay on your plate. Your plan is built around how your body actually responds to specific foods, not a blanket ban. We change the portion, what you eat alongside it, and when in the day you eat it, which is usually what moves the reading. Many clients continue enjoying modified versions of familiar meals while managing their sugar levels.
No, Indyte's nutrition plans are designed to support your blood sugar management alongside your doctor's treatment. Always continue any medication as prescribed by your physician.
Yes, we work with prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and diabetes combined with other conditions like thyroid or PCOD. Each plan is built around your specific reports.
HOMA-IR is a simple score calculated from two fasting values, your insulin and your glucose. It tells us how hard your body is working to keep your sugar down. It is the number that shows insulin resistance while HbA1c and fasting sugar still look normal. If you already have it on a report, share it. If you do not, our team will tell you on the free call whether it is worth asking your doctor for.
No. Your plan is built around what your household already cooks. We adjust portions, timing, pairing and cooking method rather than asking you to run a second kitchen, because a plan that needs separate cooking is a plan nobody follows for long.
It depends on where you are starting from, your treatment, and how closely you follow the plan, so we do not promise a number or a date. What we can show you is what real clients have written publicly. Some report a difference in fasting readings within a few weeks. HbA1c reflects roughly three months of blood sugar, so it moves more slowly by design.
A 15-minute call with our clinical team. We ask about your reports, your medication, your routine and what you eat on a normal day, then tell you plainly whether we can help and what the plan would involve. There is no obligation to continue and no payment is taken on that call.
Yes, the first 15-minute consultation with our team is completely free, with no obligation to continue.
